Bird cages are shipped by either UPS or freight lines.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Bird cages must be inspected right away for any damage. Notify Care Fee Pet Supplies immediately if there is any damage. Returns require a return authorization from Care Free Pet Supplies. There is a $50.00 restocking fee for each box you return. Cages can come in multiple boxes. Email us at sales@birdcage-depot.com with any concerns.
